Supervision Experience and Approach

I bring extensive experience in supervising both individuals and groups in higher education. As the principal supervisor for both Bachelor's and Master's students, I have adeptly supported them throughout their academic journeys, ensuring they are well-prepared for their final examinations.

My supervision approach is based in a collaborative approach employing narrative techniques to foster a reflective and supportive environment and a sharing relationship. I integrate project guidance with career counseling conducive to personal and professional growth. I have taught in many creative institutions and I believe the us of creative methods and narrative approaches can be used as constructive and innovative pathways for learning and development in projects and processes.

In addition, I have provided tailored support to young individuals facing challenges such as ADHD and anxiety, adapting my guidance to meet their specific needs.

My overarching objective is to empower students to fully realize their potential, effectively navigate challenges, and achieve their aspirations within a collaborative and encouraging setting. This commitment reflects the qualities of an effective supervisor, including strong interpersonal skills, the ability to listen carefully, and a genuine interest in the development of others.
