I am a Copenhagen based photographer and researcher. My background is interdisciplinary and relates to both poetic expression and research agendas. My work situated in the intersection of photography, visual research, storytelling and design. I work with both long term personal fine art projects as well as socially engaged and participatory research based image-making. I am currently working on a personal photo project related to identity and becoming, childhood and grief. I am furthermore engaged with the research and teaching on photography in relation feminist techno science, social design and participatory practices.

I have a Ph.D. in Photographic Design Anthropology (2018) from The Royal Danish Academy. Schools of Design, Achitecture and Conservation. The Ph.D. project has been funded by KEA. School of Design & Technology. I hold an MA in Photography and Urban Cultures, from Goldsmiths, University of London, and an MA in Visual Communication from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. School of Design (KADK).
During my studies at KADK I did a years exchange study atRhode Island School of Design studying photography and illustration. I am a member of Urban Photographers Association. An association for photographers engaged in raising questions about how photography speak to debates within urban ethnography and visual arts practice

At KEA Copenhagen School of Design & Technology I teach courses and workshops in photography & field engagement, image-making & identity and visual storytelling.
I do photographic work as part of comunity building and therapeutic practices. I have worked with young immigrant girls and people with dementia.
I furthermore supervise personal photographic projects.
